Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - KL Tower

KL Tower (Menara KL in Malay) is a telecommunication tower and prominent landmark in Kuala Lumpur. The tower stands at 335 metres (1,099 feet) but an antenna extends it to 421 metres (1,381 feet). Visitors can go to the tower's observation deck at 276 metres (906 feet) for a bird's eye view of Kuala Lumpur - the deck opens throughout the year.

Walk around the observation deck for an interesting 360-degree view of the city. From the deck, you can see the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, office blocks below, surrounding Klang Valley and further away is Genting Highlands. Every year there is the base jumping event in August or September - don't miss it if you are in the city during the event.
